"Thank you," he says, turning to smile and bow his head to the helpful stranger. "I'm afraid I must have gotten turned around again, I've been trying to find the Archives all morning. My name's Shen Yuan, by the way; I'm new here." So nice to be able to just openly admit he doesn't know where he is or what's going on without the System docking him points for it!
