[ obi-wan didn't know what to make of it, and so he had kept quiet on the boat ride. he has never been one to pry into other people's wounds. it was a surprise to see animals instead of human corpses, but obi-wan found his heart moved to pity regardless. he has always had a close touch with creatures and this was an obscenity.
