"I can tell that things have been rough... here, let me get you a towel." He pulls out... what's a little less of a proper towel and more a blanket, but it's absorbent fabric so it'll still work. He hands it to Luz so she can start drying her legs off.

"I don't really like thinking about it, either. I've been under the sea and I've fought things like squids. They're sort of gross."

He shudders a bit and sighs. Oh, well. At least she's safe now, and that's what's important. He pulls a bagged sandwich out of his bag - it's slightly squished, but it's still good. "It's egg salad... hopefully you don't mind that."

"Mm. I got here early last moon - month. I had a friend here already though, so it was a little easier settling in."
