Dabi makes "we" sound like a threat, but Midoriya has done that in the past too. He's more inclined to work together with someone than against when he can, even if he has to get aggressive about it. Dabi has other ideas, and it is a far cry from the conscientious Shouto, who is so careful not to overuse his flames in crowded areas. He can unfreeze someone from his ice, but he can't take back the pain of a burn.

A grizzled Hunter barks at Dabi, "Get your 'friendly' fire in check or get out!!"

Midoriya bounds down towards the Beast curling into nascence, hanging on the cliff via Blackwhip to get a closer look at its hard shell. There isn't much he can discern through the opaque covering other than what Danger Sense tells him.

"It's still alive!" Needless to say, so he doesn't say it, it's still pissed.

"Well, what are you waiting for?" the Hunter growls. "Someone else to 'Smash' it? Let's kill it then!" At the Hunter's declaration, several others immediately erupt into a chorus of dissent.
