[He's absolutely right though - Ochako loves all her friends, they're practically a second family at this point. They've really and truly seen the best and worst parts of one another, gone through hell and high water, and have come to trust, respect, and care for each other as well. It's why they went to such lengths to help out Izuku and bring him back, and would surely do the same for any other member of their class as well. Same with their teachers, or even members of Class B (despite Monoma-kun's posturing), the UA students are just close. Maybe because of the war? Ochako wouldn't know, she's just happy to have the amazing people in her life that she does.

Her smile fades just a touch as Allen nails in what's pretty obvious about Todoroki if one gets to know him. His past is...not pretty. Not at all. It's why Ochako said what she said - he deserves happiness, because he hasn't had much of it in his life until maybe very recently, when he separated himself from his father.
