The floodwaters are problematic and Battler has decided to pitch in where he can as well. It's all a mess, so helping people move things (or themselves), recovering items and getting them dried up, piling sandbags - it's all part of making sure things can proceed smoothly and the place can recover. He's going to be living here, right? So why not help?

He runs into Nara'a during that time. And quite innocently chips in.

"Hey, could you pass me one of those bags? I want to try and make sure the water doesn't creep up this side..."
