Once again, Murderbot wishes it had its armor. People find the armor more intimidating, but no, it doesn't want to be out here in armor. That's far more SecUnit-like than it's trying to be. Futile though the yelling may be, most people don't worry about their SecUnit yelling at them for breaking safety protocols (no matter how much the SecUnit in question may wish it could).

"That sounds like commitment," Murderbot comments. It facepalms, half from frustration half for privacy while it has a harder time controlling its face. "It's a solid strategic point," that comes from one tv show. "But I fear my soul would escape my body," that comes from another.
