Sure, that seems likely. Chizuru is not denying that - and it's why it doesn't sound like she's firmly putting her foot down about this one. She's not sure about her decision either, still waffling. But she feels like the idea of what could be there, an opportunity that would be left behind, even though it's so rare.. That idea is important too.

".. that's the problem, isn't it? You can't know what's going to happen until it's already happening. Whether it's something good we're unfortunately missing out on, or something bad we're fortunately missing out on.."

And that makes it hard to decide what to do here. Chizuru is inclined to listen to its warning and say on the beach here, but there's a part of her that wants to go home so badly that doesn't allow her to just ignore that glowing ocean either.

It makes the young woman look relatively uncomfortable as she's standing there.
