Please, Daniel. Don't constantly think about how you're among adults for once, only to act like a kid here.. But the man truly can't help it. Even if he's not quite as bad about these things as some other people he knows, there's still something about hanging back that doesn't sit right with him here. Sure, someone else could go with Pyrrha, but he's the one standing here with her right now.
Even if it's only be a minor inconvenience to go look for someone else, it's still an inconvenience all the same.
