The Moon Presence did save a bunch of us from some horrible cultists last year! She- she's not one of the patrons, but she is a Pthumerian who was around in the dream too. Plus I hear Bausphomette appears to protect people sometimes! Just... haven't witnessed that personally yet.

Basically, I just think it's possible! And at the very least, that the Pthumerians can have as many differences between them as we do. Like Madam Generosity! All she did was throw a party for us.
