One might think it juvenile to talk about tempting a place, but considering the "gods" that have a heavy hand in what goes on in the world, it's not remiss to keep those opinions down. Call him cynical and sarcastic, but admitting the place is "nice" for once, is just asking for something to come by and prove you wrong.

He can find someone else to go, or might end up getting dragged by someone else, but if he's got a steady partner, why not make plans to make it easier on both of them? "Should probably go elsewhere, hit another ship." They probably cleared anything interesting of worth outta the other one.
