It's to be expected, honestly. Ochako is a bit of a spaz when it comes to the topic of romance, and though she knows others know how much she loves her boyfriend, it's still embarrassing to talk about. Probably a cultural thing, actually - most couples aren't allowed to be overly affectionate where she's from, and Heroes don't actively seek out relationship for the most part. It'd paint a hell of a target on their significant other, after all. And their families. ...Would be helpful to get some pointers though, o-one day...maybe. Ochako's too shy to ask questions, but she can't deny her, erm...intrigue.
