Uh...
[Well, he doesn't really know you, but then again that's sort of the entire point of the Never Mind exercise, right? He can't very well do it with someone he already knows. So...]
Fuck it, sure. You wanna do a deep dive?

[Johnny honestly wasn't here to do the thing for Nevermind either. He was just looking to find some books on repairing relationships that someone has tanked. Preferably for Dummies. He unfortunately hasn't had much luck and he's about to make a break for the exit when Willow speaks up.
He freezes and turns to face her. The last time he saw her she was murdering him. ...Except she was looking a whole lot more normal this time.]
Uh no... I don't do shit for people.
See you're back in full nerd. Goth not do it for you?

[He's already done Never Mind's challenge, but he figures it couldn't hurt to come do it again. Can he even get another bracelet? He's not sure, but he thinks that he can make a solid argument for doing it for Keith, the socially impaired.
Besides that, he does find the Archives interesting, even if he's not exactly known for being a big books guy. They do have some sweet comics…
He comes upon Willow as she's sitting with her injured leg propped up and something about it catches his attention in a way that makes old wounds pang. Perhaps it's paleblood intuition that draws him to that, though he has no way of knowing the connection or why he has that feeling.
Before he knows it, he's drifted over to her, and her greeting startles him a little.]
Oh. Y-yeah, I guess so. [He visibly recollects himself and shoots her a charming pair of finger guns.] Name's Lance.

Michael.
[He leans forward to offer her a business-like handshake, then pulls out a seat across the table from her.]
Boy, is this what speed-dating's like?

It really should. Line everyone up, make them go around the room - we'd have a couple farms set up in no time!
[Maybe that'd be considered cheating the system? But it's just so easy to cheat! Anyway, that's probably not the kind of chatter that really fits the bill...]
So, uh...you've been around a while, right? Didn't I see you around back in Deerington?

About a year? [Michael thinks for a second.] Yeah, ten months. That was more than a century ago, but I've got a good memory.
[He waves a hand, smiling.]
I'm like a bajillion years old, we have to have good memories or we'd never get anything done.

Well, some people actually like books, or so I've heard.
[He jokes and then glances to the chair she gestures to then back to her, and his eyes flick over her leg. He's an empath, a weak one, but he's getting a feeling.]
You too… uh, sorry, does that hurt?

Hell. Or space, depending on how you want to look at things. It was a void for a long time before it was Hell, humans are pretty recent, but if you say that people think you're an alien.
[And he's not! Well, maybe technically in that he isn't from Earth, but that's not really a useful descriptor.]
I actually look older than most immortals! No reason for it, the older look just isn't as common. I like it, though.

Nah, I'm a demon.
[He holds up a hand.]
Don't work there anymore, though. Haven't for a while - and I don't mean just because I've been here.
