She did that as much as I did.

I was struggling with the loss of the Order. She helped me remember there was hope.

Funny how children can do that.

Make us hope...

She was a particularly driven child. I doubt there's anyone like her.

[A pause.]

I know that siblings born at the same time aren't the same person, but he's always struck me as...driven.

Luke was more of a dreamer, as a child. He has his own determination, of course.

[She laughs softly.]

Dreamers always do.

I don't think I quite realized how entangled you were with both of them.

Well . . . I played a big part in their lives.

Almost like an uncle.

[A pause.]

Are Jedi allowed to be uncles? I don't mean to offend.

We're allowed. We have bonds of family, they're simply not bonds of blood.

I had many uncles, myself.

Me too.

[She shrugs.]

But they were lucky. Luke and Leia. To have you.

Ezra and I have spoken about it at length. We've both agreed: You give the best hugs in the multiverse.

[ he chuckles. ]

I wasn't aware that was up for discussion.

It seems like an important thing to know.

[She shrugs.]

Anyway, I don't know why the multiverse keeps showing me your memories but...if you want me to keep it to myself, I will.
