Ezra pauses, and then says carefully. "I'm...not terribly worried about lessons using weapons. More knowledge is always cool. But I did fight in a war. It's more um...a community and philosophy that doesn't contradict how I want to live my life."

But then he steps back a little and offers a small bow. "But I don't want to keep you from your lessons, either."
