[Palamedes' office door is a big hit, inasmuch as some people love it and some people wish he wasn't the way that he is, when it comes to decor as a broad concept. This is not necessarily another "rainbow house isn't grey" incident; worm curtains are merely only available in the one style, and he finds it delightfully novel and stupid. It's great to seriously sweep through the worm door when he arrives each day after his morning shift at the Lumenarium and settle in for an afternoon of chuckling sensibly at the worms.
