The parts he always liked, even if they seemed goofy or silly: cutting at the bonsai, taking in the silence of nature while Mister LaRusso himself went off to listen to hockey results. Dweeby, sure, but--it was nice, despite that. Nothing Robby would have done out of his own volition, ideas that would have never crossed his mind. That was always the delight in those early days: finding a sense of peace and accomplishment in actions otherwise so...simple.
