He knows this apartment well enough, there's no need for it to be blurry--when he can recall the wall decor, the colour and the shape of the sofas, where there were wears and how they felt to sit on. He knows the kitchen, even the rooms beyond the doors closed. There's his to the side of his mom's, the bathroom beside that with its dinky shower and toilet. Printed posters of art nouveau or something like that that his mom picked out, the spice rack they never actually used.
Does it work? He's waiting on some sign from Chizuru that thinking really hard can do something and, well--that's kind of how blood magic seems to work around here... ]
