Either Edelgard succeeds - or the Holy Kingdom crushes her and annexes us, installing the might of the Church of Seiros for decades to come, or... we... somehow, miraculously win."
She laughs incredulously.
"I don't even know what we're after. We don't go much in for emperors or kings. The Alliance represents something difficult to find on Fódlan: an attempt at communication and understanding across different peoples. Not that we aren't deeply flawed in many regards."
