Closed: EVENT: Regrets with Qrow, a few days after their monster fight

[Break has not accepted Trench into his heart as of yet. He is a creature of very long grudges and despite his underlying need to devote himself to somehow "working off" his past misdeeds at all times, he still has not quite managed to convince himself that he deserves this fate in particular. Even so, as the days crawl by, he has been slowly wrangling his new life here into something he would be willing to call "a nice enough time". He's found some reliable sources of food. He's slowly learning his way around the city. With Baltus at his side, he's able to navigate without anyone attached to his elbow if he chooses, and a few days ago he was able to sneak out and beat up a monster, albeit with help. Now that his independence is established, Break is breathing much more easily -- literally -- and he's at least going out and about most days now, learning about the world.

Today it is especially rainy. Break does not mind this. Life does not stop for rain in Trench, but during proper downpours it does at least retreat inside for a time and become pleasantly quiet, and he has a solid umbrella and a nice stone wall to sit on somewhere in the Willful Machine. He also, at this moment, has two raven buddies sheltering underneath his umbrella with him. One is perched upon his knee, and the other is occupying his shoulder. He has a little packet of crackers that he is sharing with the birds, breaking bite-sized bits off and holding them out in offering, and they all appear to be having a nice conversation. At his feet, Baltus is lounging, transparent and shadowy to avoid the wet. Once things settle down a bit, Break will resume his walk, exploring the shops and stalls he hasn't yet encountered. Already, he has found a new tea place.

Yes. Today is a nice enough day.]
