Who: Shigaraki and anyone that hates themselves enough.
What: This is for things that I don't have TLs to go to, or perhaps backtags that I'd like to participate in that may have seen me or the other person unable to in that month but we'd like to play it out. That sort of thing. It's easier to collect it there than my inbox for me.
When: Various times throughout my enjoyable time here in Deer.
