[Lance looks at him a moment longer and smiles faintly, then nods and resumes climbing.]

[It's been a rough time lately, call him extra sensitive. But he manages to get up the rest of the way. Why ladders are so hard but regular walking and stairs are less so, he doesn't really want to understand right now. By the time he's on the loft's landing, he just flops over onto it with his legs dangling over the edge and groans loudly and then speaks through shallow wheezing breaths.]
This is gonna be such a pain to do like every day, man.
[There should be room for Hunk to get up into the loft past Lance's slumped over dramatic. Once he's up there, he'll find a bunch of Lance's things from Mouse House in Deerington. The mattress, a small desk, dresser etc. And the place is not nearly as neat as Lance is usually known for. Not that he's a particularly neat person to begin with, but he's not a slob, there's usually an order to how he arranges his things and he puts things away. Up here… that's not really the case. There's even a pile of something covered by a sheet in the far part of the small loft that looks weirdly like people hiding underneath, but it's not. Obviously. Haha.]
