It's like when he watches Flynn, accomplished and titled and leading his knights, and Yuri's just... here. Still Yuri, still a deadbeat with a sword, doing what he can, but it's never really enough.
They would probably still be trapped in hallucinations if not for Diluc, and that knowledge lodges itself in his throat. ]

He doesn't want to start another guild, doesn't want to fight another institution. Those dreams were Flynn's really, and Yuri went along with them because he loves Flynn and wants to help him, but he doesn't have the drive to do that on his own.
Maybe he can just stand behind people like Diluc, lifting them up, supporting them, fighting for them to do what they need to get done.
