[Well, that answers that. This is Peter's younger sister. Lysithea half-opens her mouth before she cocks her head slightly to one side.]
Peter is a boy.
[And Peter became a host for a demon - presumably, the demon wanted a male body if it was a male demon. So that makes sense. But then...]
I think it's better if you're a girl. Speaking as a girl. Why would Grandma want you to not be a girl if she liked you so very much?
