Curses are essentially binding spells, so really, it's working exactly the way it's supposed to. Now curses CAN be broken, but I'm guessing you'd have to ask how to do it, or research it yourself."
She decided NOT to add that she knew and was friends with two of the three people he just mentioned. Willow she obviously knew, and the "moon witch" she was pretty sure was Luna. It was right in her name, after all.
