"He was among the first Sleepers I encountered in Deerington, thus he left a deep impression," Wesker notes. "At the least, he treated some of the wounds in my spirit. The rest of the healing is a work in progress." And perhaps, in this place, he can find that.

A slow smirk crosses Wesker's face as he looks to Vin, but he quickly turns thoughtful. "The only thing that can contain power is more power. However, there's little point in pursuing power if it consumes itself. Then it brings either destruction or if one is fortunate, a last moment chance for rebirth. May we always find that chance."
