The tiny elderly man, even shorter than Usagi, holds onto the chunk of debris for one moment longer glaring past her at Maul before he drops it and walks off in a huff down the street which is still cracked right down the middle from Maul's rampage, grumbling the whole time about how Maul is a public menace and how justice will catch up to him sooner or later.

Maul holds onto the Darksaber in a combat-ready position for one moment longer before he lets the blade disappear back into its sheath. He breathes a sigh of relief. "Your timing is impeccable, Usagi," he says and he comes over to her. "It seems he's still holding a grudge over the destruction of his shop." Maul doesn't sound sorry at all but the fact he hasn't gutted the man like a fish shows that he at least realizes the old shopkeeper has just cause for feeling the way he does.
