Luz would have been inclined to agree. You couldn't just make yourself get through things if you weren't ready. Fern had a lot of feelings that no one was really going to understand unless they were him, and there was no one quite like him. Luz understood that now more than ever.

"Nah, of course not! We all live together, and you're each others' S.O.'s. You're going to want to let him know very soon. Just, you know, after he's done wrapping his brain around some of the stuff he's going to be able to do now. I don't even know the extent of what he can do!"
