It took Varian a while to get even remotely settled in this new environment. But once he'd got his clothes and found his leg, he felt at least a tiny bit put together- enough to wander around and try and get a feel of the place, anyway. He hears the humming before he sees Orpheus, but he recognises the music immediately. Once you've been exposed to Orpheus' unique ability, you never forget it. So he turns quickly, pushing himself through the crowds to try and find his friend. He sees the light and follows that finally pushing himself through to where he can see him.

"Orpheus!! You made it!"
