[A little pause.]

Are any of those references to angels?

Not specifically, I don't think.

[ It's got a lot of different references but. ]

Why?

[demonicbeauty]

It just seems like the kind of thing you might want to sing about.

[A neutral tone. She's not implying anything, just stating matter of fact.

At first.

But a little bit of sadness creeps into the corners of her eyes, remembering the way Castiel just...sent her away.]

[venatoris]

There's a couple other ones I had in mind, [ he admits, shifting the guitar in his grip. ]

There's one by The Black Crows I really like.

Well.

[She steps back, holding her palms out to him.

There's no one else performing. The stage is waiting.

And Ariadne doesn't like feeling sad.]

[ lsdkfh well. Okay, if she insists. He'll take his guitar and take a deep breath before heading back up to the stage. It's a pretty good song to play guitar to, so at least there's that.

It's not quite sappy and romantic, but he likes it anyway. ]

[Ariadne steps back, nodding her head a little bit to the music.

Does she understand it? No, not really.

But what she does appreciate--fully and completely--is Dean's musicianship. He's really quite talented. Especially considering...well. Everything.

When he finishes, she joins everyone in giving him a warm round of applause.]

[ It's a hidden talent, and one he doesn't really showcase. It's not...well. He wouldn't say it isn't something he's proud of, because he kind of is, but it isn't something he advertises. He's always been shy, singing loud and obnoxious with Sam around because he doesn't want to get made fun of for enjoying something girly like singing.

He hops back off the stage and heads back over to their pillows, and flops down. ]

You're very good, Dean. You put yourself into the music. Not everyone can do that.

[She used to watch the ladies of the court practicing the harp and piano, playing mechanically. Passionless. Just to prove they could follow a set of directions, or something.]

You think so?

[ His cheeks flush with pleasure, color crawling down his neck. It's nice to be complimented every now and then. ]

I know so.

[And that's saying something, because it tends to feel like she doesn't know much of anything.]
