Kainé scoffs bitterly at Anna's concern. She agrees with what the woman has to say about her story, but she's not looking for that sort of sympathy.

I don't get all this A2 shit, I don't know if you're her, or she's just—" She struggles to find the language for Anna's strange, disturbingly familiar, state of existence— "part of you, now.
