As the words amelodically washed over her ears, Anna began laughing, low and slow like it was the last thing she could think to do. She couldn't move anymore; the flower had been rooted beyond its own will, and that was more than enough to make the girl underneath ecstatic. Its influence was fading, or maybe it was just going dormant for the moment; either way, she'd stopped glowing and being able to move entirely. Almost on command, she sank to her knees as a wave of psychic energy gently pummeled her.

The laughter subsided after a moment, and the petals of the flower curled up as though they were drying out. Like the spellsong had finally fallen off of her, or something like that. She sat with her eye pointed towards the all-loving moon and her legs tucked underneath her, and with an open mouth, she drawled out the words "thank you". Her body shook with one last miserable laugh.
