[ although stefan had found himself very, very human last month, and katherine suspects they should take it easy this month in case there are any lingering side effects of being stripped of one hundred years of immortality… she intends to kill him.
valentine's day is a sham, but she takes great joy out of spending it with stefan and trying to kill him. considering she almost did last year, she thinks it's only fair that this keeps up as a tradition. he makes her want to be foolishly romantic and ridiculously interested in silly big days like this.
rather than dress up in one of her corsets, katherine opts for a white lingerie set. stefan may have seen that before (and her whole assortment of lingerie, it's not like she hides it at all). katherine thinks it's only kind he gets to see it on her.
uncaring if the neighbours see, she ventures to the back and opens the back door. he's busy being a nerd out on the back porch reading a book and furrowing his brows. if only he wore frown lines unattractively, she'd encourage him not to read anymore.
