I'd like that. (Both for the companionship and the idea of having a more consistent eating schedule. He did wonder about K's physiology quite often, but he still wasn't too sure on what was or wasn't rude to ask.)

I mean, if it's all the same, I'd like to enjoy the meal with you. If that was okay. (Rather than having him just drop it off. Even if Dirk didn't know how to express the want, he knew he wanted that with K. He wanted to have that normalization and reliability...something. He yearned for that kind of caring, even if he didn't realize it in a broader sense.)
