Luz nodded. She'd been in more than one person's memory to know that it was NOT always a pleasant experience.

"I kinda got that vibe too. Everything in Deerington kinda gave off the vibe that it was only a matter of time before things would get dark and scary. But it is at least better than Deerington, and bigger."

Luz gave a weak laugh. "It could. It really could."
