Yeah... a friend of mine was having this really melodramatic fight with his girlfriend while we were all trying to stop the Nightmare King from destroying the world. She was worried because he was leaving abroad for the adventure and she didn't want to lose contact because... I guess she was insecure about him cheating? And then my other friend made out with... my sister. [She purses her lips. This memory doesn't thrill her. It's not traumatic, it's just cringeworthy, the trauma came from her sister attempting to murder her about five minutes later.

She sits down, preparing the ritual with a piece of chalk and the sword on her back, her eyes glow a faint blue as she gossips.]

And then he just wouldn't shut up about it. Which is... insane, considering for all of the hour that he knew her, she was actively working for the bad guys and kidnapped a girl right in front of me.
