[In a situation like this, where it doesn't seem like anyone is really...managing the place? Yeah, Ochako doesn't have too much issue wil grabbing what she can and bailing. Most of the time, however, she would only take the necessities and then work for the rest of it. Call her stupid, but there's a sense of weird spite underneath it all, too. The desire to not give in to just take the easy way out - to steal, to break the law, to grab and go. Ochako's too much of a go-getter to take the easy street, she prefers to earn the right to what she has, even if it's hard. It's always been that way, but things in Trench are going to change that mentality over time.
She sure can make things float, and if she were less of a person, Ochako may very well have taken off with the stolen goods and donated them to other people. But she's not above helping someone out, even if the so-called "help" is committing a supposed crime. These are things they need, and given the state of this store...it doesn't appear like anyone's really coming back to gather the items therein. ]

Knives, some stainless steel water bottles, scissors, canned foods and mugs, things like that. All the while she's also keeping her guard up, senses poised for any sort of sound or movement that isn't her or Dabi. Ugh, it feels like she's in a horror game and Ochako does not like it one little bit.]
Whatever... I didn't need more than a few things even before I came in here. You can take most of it if you want, I just need what I asked for earlier, Dabi-san. You can even grab a pack of beer from a cooler if you want to celebrate later or something. Ah--...do you burn the alcohol if you drink it?
