Apparently Sheryl is just about the only person strong enough to keep this from fully escalating into something honestly too dumb to be allowed at this happy tea party. Because Ange looks like she's already halfway towards just jumping Break like some sort of feral cat when her attention is instead taken up by what the woman is saying, her head turning towards Sheryl with obvious interest.

"Oh.. Is that a family tradition for the Rainsworths?"

Look, Ange is definitely nosy. And while she has spared Break sometimes from her digging too deep into things, since she'd worry about perhaps going a tad too far, it's not like she's going to turn down an opportunity to ask these questions when it's basically being presented to her on a silver platter by Sheryl.

(She's kind of wondering if Break has ever been on the receiving end of it, but she's being good here and letting this man eat cake for a moment without her throwing those words at his head.)

Break seems to be so infinitely fond of that family, and Sheryl has been nothing but kind either, so of course Ange is interested. Fans might conjure images of aunt Eva and aunt Kasumi in her mind, which are the worst kind of images, but she's fully accepting of the idea of replacing those with clearly better fan-wielding women.

"I've never heard of something like that where I came from. Other than in movies."
