[ wanda smiles at him. she doesn't even try and hide it, though she did consider it. amos seems like someone who will appreciate honesty, and wanda doesn't particularly feel like lying. ]

[ she thinks it is. if it wasn't, he wouldn't be entertaining her like he is. ]

[ she smiles, ] Sure.

[ though, she doesn't think he'd win. wanda's very, very certain that he's going to be the loser. she can withstand a lot. pietro taught her resilience. ]

( he makes a face but he thinks that's probably the best he's going to get. )

[ and that, in itself, is enough to make her want to see him dressed up properly. if he didn't want to do it, if he wasn't feeling so shy, he would've said yes the moment she challenged him to let her change him.

she makes a show of thinking, even though she already knows how long she wishes to set. ]

[ she smiles at him and tents her fingers together. ]

( amos rolls his eyes. )

One hour. That's it. After an hour, it comes off and you can't say anything.

( if he could somehow get it off before that hour was up, he would absolutely be doing that. )

[ she shakes her head. ]

If you take it off before the hour is up, I will turn you into a pumpkin.

[ she won't turn him into a pumpkin. she'll make sure all he sees are people dressed in astronaut costumes so he feels guilty.

wanda appears sheepish. ] Sorry, your thought was very loud.

Okay, since you just read my thoughts, I'm knocking it down to forty five minutes. That's what you get.

( he raises an eyebrow, waiting for her to answer. )

[ it's fine; she thinks he'll give her two hours after he gets into his costume and enjoys himself. but, still, wanda sighs, lets her shoulders sag, and looks defeated despite the fact she doesn't feel defeated at all. ]
