Little Bunny
Who Usagi (Chibi Chibi)/(Cosmos) and you!
What: Usagi turned into her oldest possible form: Sailor Cosmos. Sailor Cosmos just HAPPENS to prefer to appear as a three-year-old. Oh, also, there are zombies
When: Early/Mid-January
Where: All over
Content Warnings: Zombies
A: Hopping through the snow banks (Chibi Chibi)
With how high the snow banks are, it's not any amount of difficult to miss the three-year-old who wasn't even three feet tall. Even if she is wearing a bright red bunny jacket and has cotton-candy pink hair, she is tiny in every sense of the word.
But you might hear her or sense her as she is attempting to follow you. Well, not so much follow YOU as she is attempting to jump from whomever's footprints get her to where she wants to go.
And, currently, yours do.
She makes a soft "oof" as she hops from one footprint to another but misses, landing face down in a rather deep bit of the snow (for her) to the point that she completely sinks. It would be cartoonishly funny if it weren't for the fact that the three-year-old seems to stay down in the hole for a bit longer than is comforting and only the tips of her bunny rabbit jacket even peek out from the hole she's found herself in.
Her little arms wave as she struggles, and fails, to get out of the hole the missed jump has caused.
B: Picking up the field mice and bopping them on the head (Chibi Chibi)
In an active attempt to escape getting stuck in holes in the snow, Chibi Chibi tried to do a different form of transportation...
Her umbrella.
This would sound impossible but no, apparently not for Chibi Chibi who is actively floating on the end of an umbrella. She's just about to land when wind picks up... and picks her up with it. She has no control, which is why Chibi Chibi's shoe collides with your head.
Oops!
To get her to apologize though, you're going to have to catch her and the wind is picking up once more.
C. Down came the good fairy (Chibi Chibi ➤ possibly Cosmos)
You would think she would be used to falling into holes by now.
When the frostquake settled, and everything stopped moving, Chibi Chibi looked around, the snow having cushioned most of her fall. Her breath didn't form in front of her as her eyes tried to adjust to the light. She looked up and saw that she had fallen several dozens of feet.
It wasn't just her in the hole, however.
She got to her feet and padded over to the other person, tilting her head and seemingly looking them up and down to see if they were hurt.
"Chibi chibi?" she asked them.
(OOC: There is no way to connect Chibi Chibi or Cosmos to Usagi in either aura, smell, soul, the Force, etc. they will present as wholly different entities.)

A!
Then there's the offbeat sound of her falling, and the demon turns to face behind himself, staring out into the white landscape of the snowy city streets. Oh, she's.... in there! He can see two little things sticking out from the snow. Paimon approaches, and looks down at the small arms flailing. She's even smaller than he'd initially thought.
He crouches down, reaching carefully for her hands. "Are you all right? Here, I shall pull you up."
On the surface, he looks to be a child himself — age twelve or so. But he is no human, only something that lives inside of one.
no subject
"Chibi Chibi alright," she offered, pointing at Paimon. "Pulled Chibi Chibi up."
She giggled as she hopped into the next foot print Paimon had made to move closer to him.
no subject
"Chibi Chibi? Is that who you are?"
He wonders, tilting his head at her. A hand moves outwards and lingers, ready to catch her again if she falls, but she seems to be enjoying herself.
no subject
"Chibi Chibi," she pointed at herself. She then pointed to Paimon. "Who are you?"

Still, he keeps his careful distance, occasionally glancing out of the corner of his eye to see that she's still there. It's when he hears the noise stop does he pause, and turn around.
"Where did you go..."
Is there an adult with her, or is she alone? Kylo doesn't have much experience with kids (at all) but he can't just leave her there - and clearly nobody else is in the general vicinity. He might be a monster, but not enough of one to leave the child to freeze. With a gentle application of the Force, he slowly raises her up and out of the snow.
"You shouldn't be out on your own in this." He lets her land with a soft 'plop' near his feet.
no subject
She stands up and looks up... and... up... and up until their eyes meet. When you're under three feet tall, someone being over six feet means there is a whole person of distance between you.
She pointed at him smiling bright and big and clearly pleased he was playing with her and also providing a path for her to walk in.
"Not on own!"
no subject
What does he do, anyways?
Sighing, he drops down to a kneel, and even then he has to look down in order to meet her eyes.
"I'm not... nevermind." Ben as a kid, didn't spend much time with other children, and the ones at the academy had mostly been around his age. So the sooner he found an adult to look after her, the better.
"Are you cold?"
no subject
The little pink-haired girl looked up at Kylo and snuggled in tighter, absolutely fearless, and why wouldn't she be?
"Cold," her tone was in such a way that it could be agreeing that she was indeed cold, or that she was saying Kylo was cold, and so, she was hugging him to warm him up.

He spies her first when he stops to adjust his coat. Then, when he looks up again... she's gone.
There's just a splash of color, and his heart drops.
Shiro's turned and ducked back to where he'd seen the bright coat in a heartbeat or two. Worried something worse than a snowdrift might have happened. "Hello! Are you okay!"
no subject
She held up her arms for "uppies," opening and closing her hands.
"Okay okay!" she offered still holding out her hands to be picked up.
no subject
Oh she is tiny. That is one of the youngest kids he's seen running around. So, automatically, Shiro is scooping her up out of the snow and settling her on a hip. He's had a bit of practice in this at the orphanage after all.
"What are you doing out here by yourself, huh?" he asks her, carefully trying to see if she has any bruises or worse.
no subject
"Not out here by self," she offered, adjusting her parroting. She pointed at Shiro to make her point.

Or that's been Ange's experience so far. Granted, maybe it's since she's viewing it through a hypervigilant lens, given how intense she's been about protecting other people over the last few months, but it does seem like there's a whole lot of children being in danger right now - even if it's just the very specific and uncommon danger of being blown away by the wind here.
It's the shoe landing on her head that gets Ange's attention just in time to watch the little girl be swept away by the wind along with her umbrella. Thankfully her reflexes are good enough - along with her innate desire to protect kids - that she quickly steps to reach out and grab Chibi Chibi's little leg right before the other would have flown out of her reach, trying to gently tug on the other to bring her down without hurting her. Hopefully.
"You should move the umbrella..!"
She doesn't know if the little girl will understand her. After all, she looks so young - even younger than most other kids Ange has seen around. But the least she can do is say it, because it sure would be a lot easier to get Chibi Chibi down if Ange wasn't still actively struggling against the wind blowing straight into that umbrella.
no subject
Chibi Chibi was in a tug-of-war with Ange and the wind in her umbrella for several moments. Eventually, though, the wind died down, and with a soft "oh!" Chibi Chibi went from nearly flying away to practically being dead weight in Ange's arms.
Not that she weighed much of anything at all.
The umbrella clattered to the ground and Chibi Chibi was safely in Ange's arms. She blinked and looked up at Ange, bright blue eyes blinking up at her.
"Chibi Chibi?" she murmured.
no subject
Even just Chibi Chibi's little weight is enough to make her nearly stumble, until she manages to recover herself at the last moment to keep them from falling over into an undignified heap. It does mean Ange has to catch her breath though, shifting her hold on the girl to hold her a bit more securely while they're standing there.
(Just in case another gust picks up.)
".. Chibi?" Ange repeats, sounding a little confused, and mostly out of breath from the struggle against the elements. "Who.. You? Yeah, I guess you're kind of small.."
It's not like she truly realises the girl is purposefully saying 'Chibi' there, after all. Ange figures it might be the language filter fluking for a moment. Stranger things have happened in this place.
no subject
She looked at Ange and saw her shiver and struggle. "Who you?" she parroted, moving in Ange's arms to wrap her arms around Ange's neck, trying to warm her up.

"Chibi-chibi?"
For a moment Makoto just blinked staring at the small pink-haired girl.
"Wait, what are you doing here? Does Usagi know you're here?"
no subject
She looked down and brightened up at the sight of Makoto. Her umbrella fought to escape her hands and then the wind finally died down and she was safely in Makoto's arms. She wrapped her arms around her in a hug.
"Usagi knows Usagi knows!" Chibi Chibi giggled, amused by her own little knowledge. She pulled out of the hug.
no subject
Makoto found it a little strange that Usagi would have left her on her own, or that Hotaru or someone wasn't accompanying the child. With the wind gone, Makoto set the child down when she let go of the hug, squatting down to be the same level as they spoke.
"Was there somewhere you were heading?"

But the landing wasn't nearly as hard as he expected, and the edges of the opening didn't fall in after them and bury them. Chrollo stared up at the small patch of sky he could see, still dazed, until he heard movement.
When he realized there was a child even smaller than he was, his eyes widened in alarm. Especially when he realized the gray shapes all around them were corpses.
"Hey. It's okay. We'll get out of here. Are you okay?"
no subject
Chrollo was a child, if he could not defend himself unlike Hotaru was able to, she knew what she would have to do. But he seemed deeply confident in his skills.
"We'll get out!" she smiled brightly, trying to reassure him.
no subject
"That's right. We're going to get out." They might need help getting out, but judging by how many other people hadn't escaped they couldn't afford to wait. Chrollo held out his hand for her to hold as he looked at the steep walls to see which might offer the best handholds. "I'm Chrollo. What's your name?"

Jeez! And Abigail had been super-duper careful up until now! But falling into one of those strange holes was bound to happen sooner or later. But, well, it wasn't just her down here.
"Hurk!"
The breath is forced out of her as the small body lands on top of her. It's a good thing that Abigail is resilient! She still gets knocked down and the breath taken out of her. Just look at the swirls in her eyes!
Oh no!
no subject
She turned back to Abigail and tilted her head.
Was she hurt? She reached out and grabbed Abigail's cheeks.
"Hurt?" she asked.
no subject
"Mmmph... 'M fwine...!"
Sleeve-covered hands reach to push pinching hands away! Oh, but there's also a bunch of dead bodies starting to rise up!
Abby can't see any of that right now, unfortunately. Her visions filled with Chibi right now.
