[Hunk tilts his head. He supposes something like this isn't impossible, but it still catches him a little off guard.]

Y'know Yorak, I remember when I thought you were 100% human, then we found out you were half Galra. But if you were always 100% Galra, how do you know you're also Keith?

I am still half Galra and half Earthling.

[Since he trusted the Yellow Paladin, he reached up and lowered his hood, deactivating the mask at the same time. Surprise! Seven-foot tall Keith looked a lot like Krolia all of a sudden. Definitely Galra in appearance and very little trace of human.]

But I don't know how you would have thought I was 100% human like this. [He did look mildly amused, though.] My mother was open with me about who my father was. When I was born, they gave me both a Galra name and an Earthling name. I mostly use my Galra name as there is a tendency among Galra, even in the Blades, to dislike half-breeds. It seems a lot of people here know my other name, but, back home, only my mother does. [Well, and his father, but... that wasn't an issue since Keith and Krolia returned to Earth to help with defeating Sendak, only to find that Keith's father had died on the job.]

[When Keith had introduced himself by his Galra name, and showed up about two feet taller than usual, Hunk wasn't quite sure what to expect to find under the helmet. Least of all, a chip off the ol' Krolia block.]

Well, last time I saw you, you looked like 100% human.

[tempredmental]

Mm. [Keith looked down for a moment.] That seems to have happened here a lot. Some suspect it may have to do with some... 'shedding' ceremony. [He frowned a bit in thought.] Which is somewhat disturbing... [He shook his head. The more he thought about it, the less he liked it.]

Ah yeah, that was definitely a thing. Lot of people changed, for better or worse. Or just... for different. [Hunk catches on to Keith's Yorak's frown. It couldn't have been an extremely pleasant experience, knowing this place.]

Uh, just how much did you shed, anyway?

My memories of previous moments are not the clearest, but it feels like perhaps this is my third change? Likely in as many movements.

[He wasn't very certain, as the AU properties of this particular shed were definitely messing with his ability to recall things properly.]

Third! [He reaches up to scratch the back of his neck.] That is a lot of sheddings on three movements.

By movements, you mean like, Specolian movements, right? Not like, a quintant? One shedding every day sounds like a lot.

[Keith nodded, somewhat amused by the question.]

Yes. I believe one is equivalent to what Earthlings call a 'week'. A quintant would then be a 'day'.

[Hunk gives a knowledgeable smile.]

Uh-huh! You learn a lot flying across galaxies for years on an Altean ship.

[Keith made an amused sound behind his mask.]

Yes. Traveling the galaxy certainly exposes you to many things.

[He nodded.]

So... the Raccoon Room? I was invited, apparently, though I do not remember receiving this flier. [He held up one of Bolin's papers for The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Fliers were compelling this month, after all.] Do you know what this is about?
