[ It's late when Rena comes home; much later than she usually does. The porch light is left on, but it doesn't surprise her that it's dark in the house when she comes in. She tries to be very quiet as she doesn't, the door clicking quietly behind her before she sinks down against it. A sharp breath slips out through her teeth, and she grips her arm for a moment before it's too painful to hold anymore.

Even in the dark, she can see tell how badly her wound from her hunt tonight is bleeding through her makeshift bandage. She made a mistake that she's paying for now, and it's made worse when she can feel it freezing against her skin. It burns at the same time too, and Rena fights hard not to cry out in pain. She doesn't want to wake her roommates... ]

Damnit...

[ It takes another moment for her to get back onto her feet, and she knows if she sits again she probably won't be able to get back up. Her mind is already racing on what to do next and how to do it without attracting attention to herself. Hot water, a disinfectant, maybe... cauterize it? She can feel sweat drip down her face at the thought, but she trudges on ahead, trying to stay quiet as she does.

Rena just has to get to the bathroom before anyone wakes up... ]
