[Maul's voice remains the same no matter what form he's in, human or Zabrak, with that soft, low, and velvety quality to it. Same with that intense stare, slightly lessened due to the lack of yellow eyes but still with that same unblinking quality.]
[Keith didn't exactly take his attention off Maul, even if he couldn't rotate his head like an owl to watch him when he was behind him, but he'd turn the other way to get him back into eyesight quickly enough each time.]
In response to what? Being stalked by a weird rando stranger? [He crossed his arms, but was definitely not relaxed or putting his guard down. He was visibly on edge, ready to react if he had to as his body definitely showed the tension of someone ready to defend themselves if necessary.]
[Maul laughed, a little amused by Keith's reaction. Really, this was a better use of his time than a lot of other ways he could have been spending it. At least this kept his attention.]
You're just as entertaining as the other one.
[Lance, he meant, who he had also followed around in human form.]
[Yeah, Keith looked confused. Was Maul talking about one of the other times Keith had been in this reality? Because that was where his mind went first.
Either way, the confusion didn't last long. Now he just looked annoyed.]
Look, I don't care, okay? I'm not here to be your entertainment. So buzz off.
[Maul raised up a hand and used the Force. It was like the ground beneath Keith's feet had turned to ice. He simply wasn't able to move forward and instead slid back towards Maul. Well, that use of his powers gave one giant clue as to who this weirdo was.]
Keith swung his arms out to the side for balance, managing to keep to his feet despite the surprise slip backwards. He glared back over his shoulder, the anger on his face visible as he definitely made the connection between what had just happened and Maul's hand being raised like he was casting a spell or something.]
[With everything in Keith's body now in defense-mode, grabbing him hadn't been a great idea. Keith reached around with his free hand to grip the same arm that Maul was using to hold him, and then moved to throw him.]
[Normally, it would have been a little harder to throw Maul given his prosthetic lower half made him pretty heavy. But he was 100% flesh and blood in this human form, so he went sailing when Keith threw him. Still, his instincts were still finely-honed and so he managed to land on his feet like a cat as he came to a stop.
He went from a crouch to a standing position, a smirk on his face as he did so.]
[Keith just scoffed. Call him whatever. Yeah, he was annoyed, but being called an amateur was nothing, honestly, in the big scope of things. Not like being prevented from leaving when he wanted to.
Keith straightened back up as well, and just huffed a small sigh before turning to leave again. He really didn't have the patience to deal with this right now.]
[Keith stared for a moment at where the person had been.
It took him a moment. Not having been really familiar with Maul before, it was a little harder for Keith to make that connection, but... was he going to go back and talk to people he knew about this incident to try figuring it out?
Hell yes...
He grumbled to himself, pushing his temper down for now and stalked off into the crowd.]
Re: Keith
So, when the guy came around the corner, Keith was openly waiting for him, arms crossed, with a curious expression.]
Did you need something from me?

You're interesting to me.

Okay. [Because that wasn't creepy.] Then what do you want?

I’m waiting to see what you’ll do next.

I'm going to keep watching you, is what.

What... are you doing...? Let me go.

As you wish.
[And with one final yank of the Force, he pulled Keith right back over to him, grabbing the paladin by the arm. Well, technically, he had let him go!]

Not bad. Not bad at all for an amateur.

You should know better than to turn your back on a Sith Lord.
[But by the time Keith turned back around, Maul would be gone, disappeared on those silent feet of his.]
