Hello everyone!!

I'm a pretty new resident to Trench, maybe here about a month now, I think, and I'm still a little confused about the lack of money thing... It's pretty hard for someone like me who's not used to trading to get things, e-especially since I really don't have much to give.

Anyway, I want to know if there's anywhere to get some decent fabric? Or maybe even some yarn!! I'd like to make something for a friend's birthday next week, but I really don't know where to get the things I need, or how. I'd prefer not to give away any of my blood if I don't have to... And unfortunately I don't have the time to devote to working it off, if I want to get it to him on time...

So I guess, if anyone has any spare? I can get you something in return after the 20th, or work for it!! I'm really good at lifting and moving! ♥♥

Deku-kun, Todoroki-kun, I don't know if you encountered those weird portals that were popping up, but...I found a few things from home that I thought to give to you guys. You can come over to my and Bakugou's place to pick them up if you want!!

And we can have dinner together, too!! (b ᵔ▽ᵔ)b I'll be sure to let Bakugou know so he doesn't slam the door in your face or something, lol. Maybe not tonight, since you can probably see I'll be a little busy, but maybe tomorrow or something?? Or if you wanna have a dinner together to celebrate Bakugou's birthday?

I don't think he'd enjoy a party, so just an hour or two to eat and hang out would probably make him really happy within his comfort zone. ♥

[After dealing with those who responded to her message on the Omni, Ochako puts it away in favor of actually looking for her blond friend. He's been a bit absent the past few weeks, and definitely a little...off. Ochako wrote it off as more of this world's bullshit - the past month was hell for them in a variety of different ways - but as the days kept passing, it seemed to get worse. She doesn't want to pry much, Bakugou's not the talkative sort like she is, but she's a little worried. It doesn't feel great just seeing him when they need to eat and sleep... She misses her friend, and spending time with him and talking to him.

So she's quietly puttering around their apartment, looking for signs that her friend is around. He should be, his shoes are here, and this place isn't exactly large, but...hopefully he's not just here to grab something and go again. That has also been a thing he's been doing, too. And becoming a bit of an annoyance to Ochako as well.]

Bakugou-kun? Are you here?

[That name... surprises her. Wow. Ochako must just have... infinite patience. Adaine can imagine that maybe she could put up with his personality enough to be his friend but ROOMMATE???

Wild. She wonders if he's like that at home too.]

How've you been? You didn't suffer that weird blood sickness last month, did you??

[Ah...that response about Bakugou. Ochako snickers to herself and shakes her head. It's honestly the norm, and she can't deny Bakugou is a tough pill to swallow, she even tries to warn people about his abrasive nature. In fact...]

It's okay, I know how he is most of the time.
Honestly, he's not nearly as bad when you really get to know him. He's actually a REALLY good and very loyal friend when he trusts you.
It just takes a while to earn that, but it's worth it.

But I was thinking a blanket!!
If it were still the colder months, I'd do a scarf or sweater...
I also picked up some things I know he'll like from those portals that've been opening up.
And for my other friends, too.

I've been okay. I was mostly over at the School of Mutter for a while. Nevermore set up a room for me to trance in. The ruins and the board game were unpleasant but nothing super new for me. And no, I didn't have to deal with that, thank god. Just... a lot of mushrooms.

I've mostly been trying to wrap my head around all of the ways that this world works. I'm living with a girl I met. Lexi, I don't know if you know her.

And regarding your friend, I did get that sense. [She just... personally, is not interested in putting the effort into earning the trust of someone who hasn't done anything to earn the respect needed for her to put up with his attitude. Because she is also prickly, blunt and prideful and responds to people being rude to her by simply insulting them back. Like how she called him an oversensitive crybaby.] I did say I'd keep him in the loop with my own findings, so it's not like I hate him or anything, and I can tell that he's got good intentions.

From my understanding it never actually gets warm here. There's no summer season, only a relatively close equivalent. But that's still probably a good call. Is it stuff from your own world? I've picked up a few things I don't recognize.

[School of Mutter? Dear god, Ochako really has to get a map of this place, or do some exploring sometime. Being cooped up most of the last month because of her being so sick really put a damper on that kind of thing. Seriously, right out the gate of coming to this new world, and she couldn't even just get a chance to really explore it and get a lay of the land. With Deku's corruption and hunting him down, that dumb board game crap, then her blood sickness...it was one hell of an intro.]

I only had to deal with the board game and the blood sickness...
I don't think I encountered any ruins that I remember.
And unfortunately, the name doesn't sound familiar... I haven't been able to do much, or talk to many people just yet, but if I ever meet her, I'll be sure to treat her well.

[She's the exact polar opposite of Bakugou in that regard. Ochako loves to meet new people, and she's always friendly and as polite as she can be to everyone. A little energetic and dopey, depending on who it is she meets, and if they're especially cool, but that's just who she is. A bit on the genki side of things.]

He does, and I know it's hard to deal with his type of personality, so I get it. Not everyone can. What you're doing now is probably the best way to do get to know him, honestly.
But he is an extremely good friend and person, deep down. He shows off that good side in moments when it really counts.

Oh, really? Then maybe I will make him a light sweater or something sometime...
I've already gotten a LOT of people responding trying to help me out. And maybe I can get a headstart on making something for another friend's birthday, too.
Even if that's a few months away, in July.

Oh, yeah, the stuff I got is from our world!! If was kinda just dumped all around. I'm lucky one item fell on the poster I found and didn't wrinkle it!
