An (Extremely Belated) April Catchall
Who: Luke Skywalker; some closed prompts, some open ones.
What: April is really not a good month for Luke, between hope sucking butterflies, portals to other worlds, and the moon constantly being out.
When: All through the month.
Where: All over Trench.
Content Warnings: Star Wars-typical violence, nightmares, torture, excessive use of lightning; further warnings are likely to be added.
[ Prompts will be in thread starters below; feel free to respond to multiple if you wish. Also feel free to contact me if you would like your own starter. ]

"He was going a little fast for me to completely understand," Luke began, "but from what I caught of it, it sounds like he serves me and my father as part of Black Squadron in his version of our universe. That's... not at all how things are like in mine."
The droid let out a soft wooo noise, as if realizing just how badly he messed up by just blabbing like he did. It was followed by an almost shy series of boops that drew a snort out of Luke, and he peered over at Usagi before translating.
"He says his name is Deevee-too, and asked if it was okay to stick by me if he was stuck here with us."

Wait, a different universe?
"I'm sorry, did you say HIS version of your universe?" so what, now stuff was showing up from parallel universes or something?
"Oh uh, nice to meet you, Deevee-too, I'm Usagi Tsukino. I'm sorry you're stuck here now," Trench was... not a sort of place Usagi would recommend at all if it weren't for the people, she'd absolutely go back into the ocean and try and find a way home.

"It's... not that surprising," he finally said softly. "We're all from different worlds -- different realities. Who's to say there isn't alternate versions of our own realities as well?"
DV-2 let out another boop, rocking back and forth on his legs, as if to point out the fact that of course there's different realities if he exists. Luke let out a snort, reaching over and patting the droid on the head.

When did she become this worried all the time?
No, she knows when.
She lets out a sigh and looks back to Luke, needing to get out of her own head, and the millions upon millions of realities where she fails now exist.
"So, now what are you two going to do since he can't go back?"
no subject
"Well," Luke replied, peering at DV-2 thoughtfully. "I'll need to come up with a recharge station for him, but I don't mind looking after him."
He'd never admit that he missed having an astrodroid following him around like a faithful pet. His father already had Artoo, after all, and he would feel guilty if he tried to separate the two of them.

"Are you as techy as your dad? Or is that something easy to do?"
no subject
"Well, I don't know how techy father is exactly, but I manage well," he replied, reaching over to rub DV's head, who let out a pleased peep in response. "I would fix a lot of the vaporators at the farm on Tatooine. Kept those things working long after they should have been replaced."

Or he'd loathe it with his entire being, but either way he'd be one or the other, Anakin never did anything in the middle.

"...handsome and sweet?" he echoed, and DV looked between the two of them, letting out a curious boop.
no subject
"Yes, handsome, sweet, and smart," she shrugged. "Don't tell me you don't get told that? Do I need to tell you every day or something?" she moved back to the topic at hand. "Anyway, ask Anakin! I'm sure he'd love it... or... as much as Anakin can love an idea."
no subject
"Y-yeah, I will. I'm sure my father will appreciate it."
no subject
"Speaking of your dad, how are things going with that?"
