III (I got too nervous with not knowing exact lore to try to approach the non-event prompt gijfghfj)
They rose from the water. They're struggling, but they're alive, but their eyes are drawn to...the game board, rushing down the rapids with them not with it. That's hardly a priority. Immediately, he bolts over.]
HEY, KID! TAKE MY HAND!
[They should be just close enough to land for him to tug them out if he puts his strength into it...]

It's a central piece to their objective, they can win the game but only if the rules stay intact. Losing the board is an immediate defeat. Maybe they should drop into the water. They look between the board, hurtling off into the distance and Kokichi.
They weigh their nonexistent options for an unreasonable amount of time before taking Kokichi's hand and doing their best to pull themselves up with their tiny noodle arms.]

[Finding all the loopholes you can to a game is always important so you can cheese it as much as possible. He knows from experience.]

So your plan revolved around me falling for the dumbest lie I've ever heard in my life?! Wow! Bravo! [Chara walks behind a tree and suddenly vanishes until they're at an elevated point near the board. Now they simply need to get it.
They go to grap it but are knocked off balance by the tide and have to grab hold of the large rock they were on for safety.]

The kid just disappears, and then reappears at an elevated point. They try to make a grab for the board...and fail. They grab the large rock for their safety, and he eyes the board.]
If we do a roll and move a piece, maybe it'll stop?!
[Maybe it'll bring in something worse. Still, he rolls his dice in his hand...and he gets a six.]
Motherfucker, of course I get a good roll now.
[He tries for an elevated point himself, having re-pocketed his dice, and he dives for the board. He grabs onto it...except he's floating away with it.]

[And then Kokichi is hurtling down the river and they're well and truly back where they started. Motherfucker. At least their teleportation trick comes in handy for this...
They dive into the water, and the second they're submerged, they're no longer where they were, and instead poke their head up where Kokichi is.]
Come with me. [And they will attempt to tug both Kokichi and the board under the water.]

[Well, he's got hold of the board, and the dice are in his pocket, and he's floating downstream, when suddenly the kid's head pokes up right next to him. Instinctively, Kokichi's face twists into an unnatural smile.]

[And then he and the board are dragged under the water.]
